(Migrating from sqlite to Mysql) "Error : #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax......"

After converting sqlite data base file from sqlitebrowser to Mysql and trying to import in phpmyadmin (through xampp) i am getting error:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TRANSACTION' at line 1

Any one plz help?
